Shipping policy

All Orders will be shipped out Monday through Friday. Orders will be shipped within one (1) to three (3) business days via selected carrier with Tracking Information sent to an email provided by you.

When you receive your order, and an item(s) is missing, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order that item(s) are missing. 

Please email us at purelyuniquefashion808@gmail.com with providing your;

  • name,

  • order number,

  • item(s) that are missing, 

  • A picture for proof of missing item(s). 

*We will ship the missing item(s) out immediately or we will issue you a store credit; if you do not contact us within the time stated in the shipping policy.

If you have ordered a Custom Tumbler(s).  Turnaround Time is 2-3 weeks. This does not include the shipping time to be delivered. Please keep that in mind when you are ordering a Custom Tumbler(s). All Sales Are Final on All Custom Orders.
